2. Scope
These Terms and Conditions define the respective rights and obligations of BIVALENCE and its customers in relation to the online sale of products offered on the website via the Shopify platform.
3. Products
The products offered for sale are those displayed on the website, subject to availability. We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications and images are accurate and up to date. However, photographs and visuals are provided for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding.
4. Prices
All prices are listed in euros inclusive or exclusive of VAT, depending on your tax status, excluding shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
BIVALENCE reserves the right to amend its prices at any time. However, products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in effect at the time the order is placed and confirmed.
5. Orders
Orders may be placed directly through the website by following the checkout process. By confirming an order, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full.
Once payment has been successfully processed, an order confirmation email will be sent automatically to the email address provided by the customer.
BIVALENCE reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a dispute with the customer, suspected fraud, or any legitimate reason relating to the application of these Terms and Conditions.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Returned items must be sent back in their original condition, unworn, unused, and in their original packaging, together with any accessories and documentation received.
Unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item, return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will be processed within the legal timeframe and only after the returned items have been received and inspected.
Please note: the right of withdrawal does not apply to customised or made-to-order products, or to sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons once unsealed, such as underwear, cosmetics or similar items.
